Here is a smiling Raymond. His Dad and Raymond in the header photo making music together one of the last times they were together before his dad's last disappearance but by no means the only disappearance which I talk about in my videos, one and two. He disappeared a lot of other times!
Dean was mighty handsome when I married him, and with that singin' voice, I was hooked.

Good luck to Raymond in Austin. Hope he enjoys his stay in Texas. I don't drive to Austin anymore but wish I did. The traffic on 35 makes me a nervous wreck.

It is quite a number of disappearances. You forgot the other time he ran away from Phoenix, was driving in the middle of a terrible snow storm by Hatch when the police stopped him and took him into Panguitch to a motel room and he went into other people's rooms (not locked???) They called us and I went, rescued him, and he slept on my couch and went on to Escalante the next day
after coffee and pancake. Quite the Dean!
I did have that story about Hatch, Ann, at the end of the first video, but it ran over 10 minutes and I had to cut it off, and I decided not to do the videos again for that reason. I am glad you told it here so it did not get left out. I also put that Raymond said he looked like he hadn't eaten for several days. He was down to a little hamburger a day at that time. And had no coat.
Oh yes, Ann, wasn't that the time he left for Escalante and went to Coalville (north) for some reason and you were called so you went to find him and made sure he came back, and then when Raymond came to get him decided to leave his truck for the winter to your place so he couldnot run off in his truck and get too far away. But he did get very far away on foot possibly in his last disappearance!
