Criticism of my plays in comment in Doc's blog, Rick n Doc

The problem is, the content of the plays are BORING! Very poor writing and content! Arizona has great playwrights who showcase their work throughout the valley, this writer is not one of them. Time to accept just because one WANTS to be a writer doesn't make them one. You bring life to the otherwise hum drum of the writing. The write has alot to learn. We are innodated with plays that self serve as these. Now you have an INCREDIBLE talent. You are a superb artist! Why not sell your pics at the local Farmers Market? I have shared some pics with other artist and we all agree, you have talent!!! You are the artist of your "duo." The playwright seems jealous, that is why critisizm isn't accepted."

Some have these talents, gifts, and use them when they sense they can. Others are just as content to entertain family and friends with their art or poems or music etc. I don't see the difference. Except a paycheck maybe lol.
Oh for pitys sake..HOW RUDE..this is an opinion of someone that apparently has nothing better to do than get online ,find someone who at least makes the effort and tries to act like their opinion is what counts.
Gerry- take heart,my friend, whether you get famous and rich or not, whether there are some who dislike your talent, you have put yourself out there and shown that you made the effort..how many can say that?? How many sit on their duffs thinking they would 'like' to write but never 'do' it...plenty, I am sure.Makes no never mind..you do well and those that dispute it are insignificant little wonders who have nothing to show for their time...
The fact that someone took the time to write makes one aware of you no matter what they think. If that person is a certified art critic then their opinion is of value. Otherwise, it's just rude if you don't know what you're really talking about, right? I don't know a thing one about writing except what I like. I don't feel qualified to critize anyone else's art of any form. I like it!I know you can take it. :) Keep up the good work!
